Job Summary

AllCom Global Services is seeking a highly skilled Field Engineer to provide top-notch service and maintenance of access control, IP CCTV systems, intercoms, intrusion systems, and visitor management systems. The ideal candidate will be available to respond to service calls at customer sites, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of technical issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and review findings to determine the source of problems and recommend corrective actions.
  • Coordinate problem resolution with management or other personnel to expedite repairs.
  • Program, integrate, and troubleshoot associated equipment and systems, including card readers, PIRs, cameras, and client workstations.
  • Maintain records of performance reports and promote AllCom's Core Values of Honesty, Integrity, Quality, and Performance.
Requirements
  • Familiarity with installation and maintenance of integrated access control systems, including access control, IP video, and intercom.
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface with external customers in person, via telephone, and email.
  • Strong experience in Windows, MS Office Suite, and Acrobat, with a basic understanding of OSHA 10 regulations.
  • Experience with SIGINT collection/processing systems and Cisco network equipment is a plus.
Education and Certifications
  • Two to four years of technical education, training, or related work experience.
  • Manufacturer certifications in Lenel, AMAG, Identiv, AXIS, HanWha, and Exacqvision are desired.
  • Minimum 5 years of previous field service experience with repair/maintenance/installation of electronic security equipment is required.
