About the Role

As a skilled LPN, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one care to clients in their homes. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client. We are looking for a nurse who is able to work independently and as part of a team, and who is committed to delivering exceptional care and service.

Requirements

  • Valid Nursing License in the State of Maine
  • 2+ years of experience in skilled care preferred
  • Recent wound care experience
  • Current CPR BLS Certification required
