We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Restoration Specialist to join our team at SERVPRO. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for responding to emergency situations, evaluating and performing restoration activities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to emergency situations, including water damage and fire damage.
  • Evaluate and perform restoration activities, including water extraction, fire damage repair, and demolition.
  • Load, inventory, and maintain work vehicles with tools, equipment, and necessary supplies.
  • Effectively communicate safety hazards, job site findings, equipment, and tool requirements with supervisors.
  • Maintain open and clear communication with clients, addressing their concerns and explaining the restoration process.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license
  • Willingness to work occasional on-call shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Previous experience in restoration, construction, or a related field (preferred)
  • IICRC certification (a plus)
Physical Demands and Competencies
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
  • Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and work in tight spaces
  • Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
  • Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
