Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of the assigned services within the CCSS Program, ensuring compliance with contract stipulations.
  • Act as a backup for direct service staff when necessary.
  • Plan, organize, coordinate, monitor, and assess the services delivered.
  • Select and evaluate personnel; conduct performance assessments.
  • Complete necessary documentation and reports.
  • Be available after hours and on weekends for referrals, crisis intervention, and support as required.
  • Ensure adherence to the Intensive Home-Based Services model.

Qualifications and Training

  • Bachelor's Degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field with a minimum of four (4) years of experience as a HOMEBUILDERS therapist and two (2) years of supervisory experience.
  • OR A Master's Degree from an accredited institution in psychology, social work, or counseling, along with two (2) years of experience working with children and families.

  • Proven supervisory and administrative experience is essential.
  • Experience working with at-risk families is required.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills and professionalism.
  • Proficient in managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to assume or delegate responsibility for tasks.
  • Ensure service delivery aligns with the organization's mission, policies, and service philosophies.
  • Provide in-service training as needed.
  • Competent in assessing participant needs.
  • Familiarity with resources to support participants and the legal/policy requirements governing service delivery.
  • Exhibit professional leadership.
