**Job Summary**

CDR Health Care Inc., a national engineering, health/medical and emergency management firm, is seeking individuals who are interested in working as a Registration/Data Entry/Traffic Control Support position within the state of Florida in the Miami Dade area.

This position is responsible for providing general administrative support, clerical and other support as needed which may include Traffic Control.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • **General Administrative Support**: Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.
  • **Data Entry**: Enter data quickly and accurately into various systems and databases.
  • **Registration/Discharge Support**: Assist with registration and discharge processes, including verifying patient information and updating records.
  • **Traffic Control**: Assist with traffic control duties, including directing traffic and ensuring safe passage.
  • **Physical Demands**: Physically able to adapt to various working environments, including indoor and outdoor settings.
  • **Requirements**
    • **Education**: High School diploma or GED preferred.
    • **Availability**: Ability to start work right away.
    • **Physical Ability**: Physically able to work under various conditions, including long hourly shifts, standing for long periods, and lifting packages up to 30 lbs.
    • **Safety Requirements**: Ability to understand and comply with all safety requirements.
    • **Attention to Detail**: Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    • **Data Entry Speed**: Ability to enter data quickly and accurately.
    • **Transportation**: Provide own reliable transportation.
    • **Background Check**: Must submit to and pass a background check.
    • **Eligibility**: Must provide Form I-9 documents that show identity and eligibility to work in the United States.

**Schedule**

  • **Day Shift**: 7am - 6pm (subject to change).
  • **Availability**: Open Monday to Saturday.
