Behavior Analyst Job Description

At Behavioral Health Network, we are seeking a highly skilled Behavior Analyst to join our team. As a Behavior Analyst, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality clinical services and family consultation using techniques grounded in principles of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop specific, focused behavior intervention plans to diminish, extinguish, or improve specific identified behaviors.
  • Provide assessment and treatment to enrolled children and youth based on principles of applied behavior analysis.
  • Identify specific objectives and performance goals of enrolled youth and prepare behavior intervention plans according to Behavior Analytic best practices standards.
  • Create behavior measurement systems for monitoring progress of enrolled youth and guide decisions on plan updates.

The ABA programs at Behavioral Health Network are intensive and flexible services that work with children and families to address and support behavioral health challenges. Our services include Problem Behavior Reduction, Skill Development, Family Consultation and Training, and others, in any setting where the youth lives or attends school.

Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in a mental health field and two (2) years' experience in the field of behavior analysis.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst/Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst eligible within one year preferred.
  • Valid driver's license with a verified clean driving record.
  • Reliable vehicle available for work.
