The Investment Execution Analyst will play a crucial role in facilitating the investment and allocation processes for clients, including both funds and separately managed accounts, while reporting directly to the Vice President of Investment Execution.
The Investment Execution Team is composed of approximately five professionals dedicated to assessing eligibility, managing allocations, and overseeing the settlement of Asset Management Investor Programs and various Balance Sheet entities involved in transactions led or participated in by the firm. This team collaborates extensively with deal professionals, program managers, Capital Markets, Treasury, and Operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor each new investment opportunity within the firm's origination pipeline from initial assessment to client investment, ensuring eligibility for advised clients and investor programs.
- Act as the primary liaison for origination and underwriting professionals during the allocation phase.
- Track and report on deal-specific data that affects eligibility and concentration limits (e.g., industry, leverage, cov-lite limits) for advised client programs.
- Coordinate with deal teams, Capital Markets, program managers, and the Allocation Committee to ensure compliance with policies and effective communication among all stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Operations Trade Execution team and deal teams to guarantee the timely and accurate closing of investments for advised clients.
- Facilitate the asset sale process for advised clients' portfolios, ensuring adherence to individual program requirements.
- Gather and maintain necessary deal-level data from inception and throughout the lifecycle of advised client programs.
- Bachelor's degree with 2-5 years of experience in investor relations, operations, or finance within a reputable asset management or direct lending firm.
- Familiarity with alternative investment products and services, including private credit, structured finance, and direct lending.
- Proven history of professional growth and excellence.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Effective collaboration skills, thriving in a cross-functional team environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong work ethic, comfortable in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data, drawing accurate conclusions and translating insights into actionable strategies.
- Understanding and implementation of complex business processes across various internal teams.
- Analytically oriented with a structured approach to time management.

- Proficient in MS PowerPoint and Word, with advanced skills in Excel.
- Must possess unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.
