McWane, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Process Improvement Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing and improving production processes in our manufacturing facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
- Lead root cause analysis of quality and production issues
- Develop and implement corrective actions to resolve issues
- Collaborate with production team to identify and eliminate waste in the process
- Evaluate manufacturing processes and develop recommendations for improvement
- Develop and implement training programs for production staff
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Engineering Technology
- 3+ years of experience in industrial manufacturing setting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
