Job Summary:

McWane, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Process Improvement Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing and improving production processes in our manufacturing facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Lead root cause analysis of quality and production issues
  • Develop and implement corrective actions to resolve issues

  • Evaluate manufacturing processes and develop recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Engineering Technology
  • 3+ years of experience in industrial manufacturing setting
