This is an exciting opportunity to join Desert View Construction Inc as a Director of Business Development. As a member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and developing strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
Main Responsibilities:- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies that align with company objectives.
- Team Management: Lead and motivate a team to achieve exceptional results, providing coaching and guidance as needed.
- Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or a related field.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
The estimated salary for this role is between $110,000 - $140,000 per year, based on experience.
