Job Summary

The Premier Commercial Pool Sales Executive will drive sales growth for PebbleTec products in the commercial pool industry. This role involves expanding market share within key segments, such as multi-family housing, hospitality, health clubs, and waterparks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow PebbleTec's commercial presence in assigned territories.
  • Identify and pursue new commercial project opportunities, including hotels, resorts, apartment complexes, health clubs, waterparks, and other commercial facilities.
  • Cultivate relationships with pool builders, architects, developers, and property managers, positioning PebbleTec as the preferred provider of premium pool finishes, water features, and design products.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the construction, building materials, or pool industry.
  • Strong understanding of the commercial swimming pool market and experience working with builders, contractors, and developers is a plus.
