About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Residential Sales Professional to join our team at Terminix. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, identifying their pest control needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough inspections of residential properties to identify pest control issues and provide recommendations for treatment.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and grow customer relationships.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services to ensure you are providing the best possible solutions for customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of services and excellent customer experience.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong sales and customer service skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
