About the Role

This Residential Asset Manager position requires a highly motivated and organized individual to oversee the daily operations of our properties. The successful candidate will have experience in property management, including financial analysis, marketing, and compliance. A bachelor's degree is preferred, and certification in LIHTC is a plus.

Responsibilities include overseeing financial and operational performance, preparing variance reports, and managing maintenance activities. This is a full-time position offering competitive benefits and a salary range of $65,000-$90,000 per year based on experience.
