Job Summary

The Accounting Generalist will be responsible for a wide range of accounting tasks, including maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with Accounts Payable, including job cost and overhead allocations.
  • Reconcile company accounts, such as corporate credit cards.
  • Provide general accounting support to other departments as needed.
  • Maintain company stipend accuracy.
  • Assist with company benefit perks, such as Lifestyle and apparel reimbursement.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and relevant laws and regulations.
  • Lift up to 10lbs.
  • Perform basic office duties, including typing, copying, emailing, etc.
  • Communicate regularly and effectively as appropriate.
  • Maintain the standards, culture, and values of CML Security.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree or similar in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred.
  • 2-4 Years of related experience preferred.
  • Strong skills in MS office, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Sage) is preferred.
