The Accounting Generalist will be responsible for a wide range of accounting tasks, including maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with Accounts Payable, including job cost and overhead allocations.
- Reconcile company accounts, such as corporate credit cards.
- Provide general accounting support to other departments as needed.
- Maintain company stipend accuracy.
- Assist with company benefit perks, such as Lifestyle and apparel reimbursement.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and relevant laws and regulations.
- Lift up to 10lbs.
- Perform basic office duties, including typing, copying, emailing, etc.
- Communicate regularly and effectively as appropriate.
- Maintain the standards, culture, and values of CML Security.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Associate's degree or similar in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred.
- 2-4 Years of related experience preferred.
- Strong skills in MS office, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Sage) is preferred.
