High-Performance Sales Executive

CM3 Building Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in the PA/NJ/DE region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities in education and healthcare sectors
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with C-level executives
- Negotiate complex sales deals and guaranteed savings opportunities
- Leverage technology and data analysis to inform sales strategies
- Lead internal teams and external partners to drive business results
Requirements:
- 4-year college degree, MBA preferred
- Minimum 5 years direct sales experience, preferably in B2B or enterprise sales
- Proven track record of closing large dollar volume sales at C-Suite level
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
Salary:$80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience
