Requirements

Compensation Package
  • Base Salary: Enjoy a base hourly rate ranging from $17-$18, tailored to reflect your experience and skills.
  • Bonus: You'll have the opportunity to earn monthly performance bonuses, with the average bonus ranging from $300 to $400 per month, based on individual and team achievements.
  • Commission: Benefit from our uncapped commission structure, providing substantial earning potential based on your sales performance. Our top performers typically earn an additional $1-$2 per hour in commission.

Total Average Earnings: With our competitive base rate, lucrative bonuses, and uncapped commission structure, our Assistant Managers typically earn an average total annual compensation ranging from $38,000 to $46,000, depending on individual performance.
