Zwilling J.A. Henckels is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Events Representative to join our team. As a Culinary Sales Ambassador, you will be responsible for conducting exceptional salesmanship, engaging customers, and pitching appropriate products to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales objectives.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conducting culinary demonstrations to entice potential customers
- Achieving consistent sales that meet or exceed monthly and annual sales objectives
- Performing sales pitches and overcoming objections to close deals
- Retaining comprehensive product knowledge to share with customers
- Setting up, maintaining, and breaking down each booth setup, while adhering to visual standards
- Taking inventory on a regular basis and communicating replenishment needs
- Proposing suggestions for improvement on the in-store experience
- Participating in other special projects and administrative tasks as needed
**Requirements:**
- 1 year direct sales or customer service experience (preferred)
- Ability to problem solve and track inventory
- Proficient in Microsoft office and other internet applications
- Access to fast internet connectivity
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. or more
- Required to stand for extended periods of time
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be available to work nights and weekends
- Overnight travel may be required
