Job Title: Vice President of Residential Services

Marrakech is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our residential services team. As Vice President of Residential Services, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality services to individuals with developmental disabilities, physical, behavioral, or other needs in a group home setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all service provisions for individuals enrolled in the CLA, ICF, and DCF Group Home programs
  • Market services to encourage program growth and promote independence and community integration
  • Provide supervision to Senior Directors and House Managers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to manage programs effectively
  • Act as a liaison with community agencies, funding sources, and other institutions to ensure compliance with regulations and certification requirements
  • Ensure programs maintain compliance with service documentation requirements for billing purposes
  • Establish and track data related to referrals, intakes, and client satisfaction
  • Develop relationships with referral sources, including DDS, DCF, BOE, and private paying families, to increase new referrals and admissions
Requirements:
  • QMRP or eligibility for that status
  • Master's degree in a related field and two years of related experience, or a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of five years of program management and supervisory experience
  • Valid Connecticut driver's license
