Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Lead Quality Assurance Director to join our fast-paced team. This role will play a key part in ensuring the delivery of high-quality technology products that meet or exceed customer expectations and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Leadership: Develop and implement quality strategies, aligning with organizational objectives and ensuring the integration of quality into the entire software process.
  • Team Management: Hire, develop, and retain a highly qualified team of quality engineers, promoting motivation, skill development, and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Process Improvement: Drive continuous quality improvement efforts, encouraging the team to find innovative ways to enhance QA processes and increase automation within QA processes.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including architecture, engineering, cloud operations, product, security, and data teams, to ensure seamless communication and efficient decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 10+ years of relevant experience in quality assurance/testing, automation, and/or software development.
  • Management: 5+ years of people management experience.
  • Technical Skills: Technical proficiency in software development, testing tools, automation frameworks, and programming languages.
  • Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate QA requirements and results to various stakeholders.
