About the Role:
We're seeking a Quality Engineer II to lead quality assurance initiatives and improvement programs within our chemical manufacturing facility in Phillipsburg, NJ.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Lead efforts in site quality assurance programs and improvement activities to ensure compliance with cGMPs, ICHQ7, IPEC guidelines, ISO regulations, and FDA requirements.
- Lead Audit Activities: Manage and lead audit activities within the site, including GMP, regulatory, customer, and internal audits.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement effective corrective actions, improve processes, and maintain the highest quality standards.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's Degree: In chemistry or a related field required.
- Experience: Minimum of five years in quality engineering or a related role, with experience working within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and/or chemical environments.
- Skills: Excellent writing and presentation skills, demonstrated ability to accomplish goals through others, and highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on location and experience.
