What You'll Be Working On

As a Marketing Coordinator & Office Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Preparing high-level design deliverables, proposals, and presentation decks using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Developing and modifying existing marketing collateral, gathering and compiling relevant data and real estate market information for use in presentations, meetings, analysis, and proposals.
  • Updating and maintaining contact databases to track prospects, tenants, clients, and deal information.
  • Processing client documents through various client-driven processes, preparing negotiation summaries/RFP comparison matrixes, and tracking and reporting marketing activity, listing expirations, and other critical dates.
  • Designing and scheduling email blasts, producing tour books, assisting with market surveys, and coordinating tour schedules.
  • Ensuring the accuracy of property information across all platforms, reviewing complex real estate documents as part of the team process, and identifying key economics.
  • Completing accounting tasks, including expense reports, pipeline entries, deal sheets, invoices, XRM reports, and related items.
  • Participating in planning and implementation of external client events for the team/buildings, scheduling and organizing meetings, conference calls, and appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements.
