Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients through inbound calls, emails, and online chats
  • Utilize active listening skills to identify client needs and preferences
  • Provide personalized recommendations or solutions to meet client objectives
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless issue resolution
  • Document all client interactions, feedback, and issues in our CRM system

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • At least 6 months of customer-facing experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to type at least 45 words per minute with high accuracy
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other productivity tools
