Advocare International LLC is a leading manufacturer of pharmaceutical products. We are committed to delivering high-quality products to our customers and are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Quality Assurance Technician to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our manufacturing processes meet the highest standards of quality. This includes performing routine sampling and inspections of raw materials, bulk power, finished goods, and maintaining accurate records.

The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, good organization and record-keeping skills, problem-solving abilities, and can work independently but also as part of a team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine sampling and inspections of raw materials, bulk power, finished goods, and maintain accurate records.
  • Set up and maintain a physical rack of raw ingredient samples, bulk samples, and finished goods samples in the Quality Lab.
  • Conduct ATP swabs to verify the effectiveness of cleaning/sanitizing processes.
  • Review and approve each step of the weighing, blending, and packaging processes that require Quality approval.
  • Perform in-process checks, such as weight, blend uniformity, and packaging integrity.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of experience in warehouse and/or manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs).
  • Basic computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
