Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Parts Manager to join our team at New Holland Auto Group. As a key member of our Parts Department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our 7-OEM Brand Parts Department, ensuring optimal inventory levels, and maintaining profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Forecasting parts needs, ordering parts, and monitoring current inventory levels to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Pricing and Receiving: Pricing parts to maintain profitability and receiving parts, including placing them into inventory and properly labeling them.
  • Special Orders and Collaboration: Overseeing special orders and collaborating with service managers, advisors, and technicians to ensure all parts are available for repair jobs.
  • Staff Supervision and Training: Hiring, supervising, and training parts department staff members to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.
  • Other Duties: Performing other duties as assigned to support the success of our Parts Department.
Requirements
  • Experience: Prior parts management experience in a dealership is preferred, with experience in Ford, Toyota, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, and/or Isuzu being a plus.
  • Skills: Familiarity with Reynolds & Reynolds is a plus, and management and parts inventory experience is required.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required, with math, reading, and basic computer skills being essential.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a positive, friendly attitude and a customer service mentality.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift 50 pounds and maintain a professional appearance and work ethic.
