Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., real estate, business, or finance).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in property management, with a focus on industrial properties.
  • Proven track record of success in leadership, team management, and business growth.
  • Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and analysis.
  • CA Real Estate License required.
  • Experience with property management accounting platforms (e.g., Yardi, Kardin, or MRI) is a plus.
