Bilingual Consumer Loan Sales Specialist

As a Consumer Loan Sales Specialist, you'll learn the lending and servicing business at OneMain, allowing you to grow your career and develop new skills. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering results related to individual and branch sales goals as well as customer expectations
  • Developing new relationships and maintaining existing relationships with customers throughout the loan process and loan life cycle
  • Presenting financial solutions based on customer needs that meet their goals
  • Presenting customers with optional insurance products
  • Educating customers on the terms and conditions of their loan to ensure a clear understanding
  • Partnering with local businesses to seek out and develop new customers
  • Learning how to utilize credit underwriting techniques and sales tools
  • Managing the life cycle of the loan, including collections activities, complying with all laws and regulations

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bilingual - Spanish

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Sales, Collections, or Customer Service experience
