Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage construction projects from initiation to completion.

4. Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress, identify potential challenges, and implement solutions.
5. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, timelines, budgets, and change orders.
6. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations throughout the construction process.
7. Participate in project meetings, providing updates on construction progress, challenges, and resolutions.
8. Perform post-construction assessments to evaluate work quality and identify improvement opportunities.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field, or extensive experience in a Construction Administration role.
2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in architectural construction administration, particularly in multi-family residential projects.
3. In-depth knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and legal standards.
4. Proficient in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with various stakeholders.
6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a capacity to make informed decisions under pressure.
7. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
8. A proactive mindset, anticipating potential challenges and implementing effective solutions.
9. Professional registration as an Architect or Construction Manager is preferred.
