Therapeutic Care Specialist Opportunity

At Hopebridge, we're committed to providing high-quality care for children with autism. As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA), you'll play a vital role in our multidisciplinary approach, working closely with our team to create personalized treatment plans.

About the Role
  • We offer a competitive hourly compensation range of $24.75-$34.55, dependent on experience, ensuring you're fairly rewarded for your expertise.
  • Your Monday-to-Friday schedule will allow you to maintain a healthy work-life balance, while making a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • You'll conduct individual and group therapy sessions, tailoring your approach to meet each child's unique needs.
  • Participate in regular staff meetings and conferences to review progress and share knowledge.
  • Maintain accurate records of services provided, ensuring seamless communication with parents and caregivers.
  • Assist in developing Individualized Educational Plans (IEPs) that cater to each child's growth and development.
  • Create a safe and supportive environment for all patients and staff, promoting a culture of care and collaboration.

What You Don't Have to Do:

  • Manage administrative tasks, as our dedicated support teams handle authorization, scheduling, and patient onboarding.
  • Work alone – our collaborative atmosphere ensures you'll have access to guidance from experienced colleagues at every level.

Requirements:

  • Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) certification is essential, backed by an Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Licensure as a COTA, registration with the American Occupational Therapy Association, and CPR certification are also required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are crucial for effective collaboration and client relationships.
