We are seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate individual to join our team as an Autism Therapy Support Professional.

This rewarding position involves working closely with patients of varying ages, from two years old to young adults, to help them achieve their goals and improve their quality of life. You will be part of a dynamic team that uses evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques to foster progress and empower individuals on the autism spectrum.

Our clinical leadership consists of experts in the field of ABA, including three PhDs and a world-class advisory board. We prioritize investing in our staff and the autism community, ensuring that our resources are used effectively to support those who need us most.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $21 per hour, with benefits and opportunities for growth. This includes three medical options and two dental options (50% paid by LittleStar), vision coverage, generous paid time off, and a 401k plan with company match. Additionally, full-time staff enjoy a 32-hour guarantee of hours.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement patient individualized programs written by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
  • Foster social, communication, vocational, and life skills in patients using ABA techniques
  • Work collaboratively with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate progress effectively
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 18 years of age
  • A valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and clean driving record
  • RBT certification; if not certified, must attain within the orientation/training period
