We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in a K-12 caseload role.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000 - $105,000, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as retirement plan options.

Job Description

This full-time role involves working with students in a school-based setting. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program and current state licensure in Colorado. Previous experience working with school-aged children, including those with disabilities or special needs, is highly desirable.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct evaluations to assess students' abilities and limitations in various functional areas.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results.
  • Implement evidence-based interventions to improve students' abilities to perform daily activities and participate in school-related tasks.
  • Provide ongoing assessment and monitoring of students' progress toward goals.
  • Collaborate with other members of the school team, including teachers, administrators, and parents, to ensure students receive comprehensive and coordinated services.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current state license in Colorado.
  • Experience working with school-aged children, including those with disabilities or special needs.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based practices in occupational therapy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
