Job Title: Toddlers' Educational Program Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Lead Toddler Teacher to join our team at LE3 INC.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing educational programs for toddlers, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment that fosters their cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement curriculum plans that align with LE3 guidelines and standards.
  • Create and follow a daily schedule that is active, engaging, and robust, ensuring all children are supervised, engaged, and participating.
  • Delegate tasks to assistant teachers to ensure effective classroom management.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of children's progress and development.
  • Communicate effectively with parents through regular updates and meetings.
  • Prioritize continuous professional development to stay updated on best practices in early childhood education.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Education or a related field OR enrolled in an education program with 9 credits in education completed.
  • At least one year of experience working in childcare, with children, and/or in an educational setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Salary and Benefits

Estimated salary range: $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
