This role includes a $3000 sign-on bonus, distributed as follows: $500 after the first month, $500 at three months, and the remainder at six months.

Key Responsibilities:

The Community Engagement Manager will focus on cultivating and sustaining relationships with our clients, stakeholders, and partners. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication abilities, work autonomously, and have a strong enthusiasm for community development. Responsibilities include:

  • Designing and executing community engagement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Establishing and nurturing relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners
  • Monitoring and addressing customer feedback across social media and other platforms
  • Creating and curating content for social media, blogs, and various communication channels
  • Planning and implementing events and activities to foster community involvement
  • Evaluating community engagement metrics and providing regular updates to management
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all communication platforms

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management
  • At least 6 months of experience with Section 8 or Tax Credit programs, including certifications in affordable housing
  • Knowledge of HUD regulations
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities
  • Experience with social media, content creation, and community engagement
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Passion for community building and engagement
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Preferred experience in budget preparation, report analysis, marketing, and human resource management
  • Completion of in-house training for Real Page OneSite within the first 90 days of employment is required.
