Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Renewable Operations Coordinator to join our team at ENGIE. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for monitoring and coordinating the real-time operation of our renewable fleet of utility-scale wind, solar, and battery storage assets across North America.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and coordinate the operation of our renewable assets, ensuring stable and reliable generation.
  • Collaborate with engineering, IT, and operations stakeholders to identify and resolve issues in real-time.
  • Implement and coordinate asset outages as needed to support preventive and corrective maintenance.
  • Evaluate abnormal system operating conditions and direct the solution in collaboration with on-site personnel and ROCC supervision.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in engineering or a relevant trade qualification.
  • PJM Generation Dispatcher certification within 12 months of start date.
  • Familiarity with power system equipment and technology.
  • Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts, modified DuPont model.
  • Valid U.S. driver's license and clean driving record.
