Registered Nurse Tele PCU Per Diem Nights BMC

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Baptist Medical Center. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current Texas State License for Registered Nurse.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- AHA ACLS certification within 60 days of hire.
- AHA PALS certification within 60 days of hire.
- AHA NRP certification within 60 days of hire.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing.
- Two years of experience in acute care, preferably in med/surg, telemetry, or ICU.
