Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with financial advisors, tax professionals, and other team members to develop and implement effective estate planning strategies.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in estate planning, trust law, and tax law, and incorporating this knowledge into your practice.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, demonstrating a commitment to their financial and personal goals.
Requirements
  • A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • A current license to practice law in Virginia.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in estate planning, trusts, and wills.
  • Proven knowledge of property law and its application in estate planning.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex legal issues.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
