Job Overview:
  • Execute advanced restoration, renovation, and maintenance tasks in a specific skilled trade.
  • Manage renovation, restoration, alterations, inspections, adjustments, installations, maintenance, and repairs of facilities, utility systems, and stationary equipment.
  • Handle documentation related to work orders, projects, and material requests.
  • Serve as a lead worker, offering training and mentorship to fellow staff members.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities, including participation in emergency response and recovery operations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain regular attendance and adhere to assigned schedules.
  • Conduct inspections, maintenance, and repair work on facility systems.
