About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Development Specialist to join our team at EMS Inc.

As a key member of our customer experience team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that enhance our customer service capabilities.

You will work closely with our management team to identify training needs and develop targeted curricula that meet our business objectives.

In this role, you will also be responsible for monitoring and evaluating recorded calls and chats, providing feedback to management to help improve our customer service quality.

Your primary goal will be to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service from our representatives.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in English, technical writing, education, or a related field
  • 2+ years' experience in training and curriculum development, preferably in a call center environment
  • Prior experience performing QA and coaching is a plus

While working on-site at our Omaha location, you will enjoy a competitive salary of $65,000 per year, as well as benefits such as medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.

Additionally, you will have access to paid on-the-job training, casual dress attire, individual work spaces, and complimentary breakfast on Fridays.
