Housing Opportunities Commission of Montgomery County (HOC) is offering a unique professional opportunity for a skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join its Real Estate Division.

This position offers a comprehensive range of responsibilities, including conducting financial analysis of multifamily rental properties, participating in development teams, preparing financial requests/applications, and reviewing financial analyses of projects.

Key Qualifications:

  • Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • At least five years of increasingly responsible experience in the field of real estate planning and development.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Conduct financial analysis of multifamily rental properties.
  • Participate in development teams to plan and execute development activities.
  • Prepare financial requests/applications to County/State for subsidy assistance.
  • Prepare and review financial analyses of projects.
  • Prepare an analysis of specific issues and alternatives, including income mix options and their financial impact.
  • Prepare and/or review budgets and scopes of service for incorporation in professional service agreements.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
  • Prepare Real Estate Division budgets, Capital Improvement Programs, and other Divisional requirements related to agency financial planning.

Estimated Salary Range: $81,196 - $136,229, commensurate with experience.
