Job Description
Housing Opportunities Commission of Montgomery County (HOC) is committed to providing exceptional service to its employees and customers. We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Trainer to join our team and support our mission.

The ideal candidate will have three years of progressive experience in training and development or a minimum of three years of work experience as a generalist in human resources. A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field is required.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering strategic employee learning and development programs, including management and leadership development, onboarding, and career development through various modalities. You will also need to coordinate training contracts and work with other County agencies to implement and deliver specialized instructional programs.

A salary of $58,214 - $95,502 per year is expected for this position, based on industry standards and location.
