Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Help Desk Technician to provide technical support and assistance to our end-users. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, resolving problems, and ensuring the smooth operation of our systems, software, and hardware.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to user inquiries and provide timely support via phone, email, or in-person
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to network connectivity, system performance, software applications, and hardware
  • Imaging PCs, issuing equipment to employees, and providing user support for internal applications
  • Assist with mobile and VoIP phone setup and troubleshooting
  • Log and track issues through our ITSM ticketing system and escalate complex problems to higher-level IT staff when necessary
  • Perform other tasks as requested, such as setting up new equipment, managing inventory, and maintaining documentation
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience performing help desk duties and supporting Windows 10 and 11 operating systems
  • Experience with KACE ITSM system, SmartDeploy/PDQ suite of products, and supporting Citrix, Microsoft M365
  • Strong communication skills, technical proficiency, and a customer-service mindset
