About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to initiate and direct the timely assignment of beds for patients requiring inpatient admission or outpatient observation. This is a critical role that promotes a collaborative healthcare intake process through multidepartmental coordination, ensuring seamless service administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure efficient bed assignment and patient flow.
  • Promote a collaborative intake process to improve patient satisfaction and outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication systems to facilitate information exchange between departments.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for process improvement.

Requirements:

Estimated Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
