Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Transplant Unit as an Organ Transplant Specialist.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will be able to provide high-quality patient care, collaborate with other healthcare professionals, and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.

About the Role- Provide high-quality patient care to individuals undergoing organ transplantation
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs
- Develop and implement effective plans to address patients' needs and improve their overall quality of life
- Participate in education and training programs to stay up-to-date on the latest developments in organ transplantation
- Current RN licensure in the State of Texas
- Minimum of one year of experience in a clinical setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
