Job Summary:

Houston Methodist is seeking a dedicated Transplant Coordination Specialist to coordinate the transplant referral, evaluation, waiting period, and peri-operative phases of transplantation. As a key member of our transplant team, you will work closely with healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate patient evaluations, referrals, and transplant listing processes.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of patient progress and outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
  • At least four years of nursing experience, with a focus on oncology or BMT.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
Salary:

$95,600 - $119,900 per year, based on experience.
