Job Overview

Teaching Strategies, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Partner Success team as a Strategic Partner Development Specialist. This role will be responsible for building and delivering best-in-class customer journeys that enable our customers to realize the value of our solutions as soon as possible.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer success, implementation, and account management, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer experiences. They will be responsible for providing white-glove customer service, managing implementation and onboarding of new and renewing partners, and developing product knowledge expertise to guide customers to realize value quickly.

The Strategic Partner Development Specialist will work closely with our sales team to manage the life of our accounts post-sale, provide ongoing feedback to the Implementation team lead and department head on ways to improve client onboarding and implementation success, and collaborate with the Support and development teams on improving the product based on customer feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new customers
  • Manage implementation and onboarding of new and renewing partners, ensuring timely and successful project delivery
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and identifying opportunities to improve their experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product development and customer support processes
  • Conduct regular check-ins with customers to ensure their needs are being met and identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in customer success, implementation, or account management
  • Proven track record of delivering excellent customer experiences and driving customer satisfaction
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM solutions is a plus
