Restaurant Manager Job Description

As a Restaurant Manager at Delight Restaurant Group, you will be responsible for assisting the General Manager in managing the operations and staff of a restaurant. This includes executing all Company policies, procedures, programs, and systems, as well as participating in the achievement of restaurant objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the General Manager in managing the restaurant's operations and staff.
  • Execute all Company policies, procedures, programs, and systems.
  • Participate in the achievement of restaurant objectives.
  • Ensure ethical business practices.
  • Delight Every Customer.

Requirements:

  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Two years of management experience.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain).
