Tax Office Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Associate Team Leader to join our team at H&R Block. As a key member of our tax office team, you will be responsible for supporting the Multi-Unit Team Leader and ensuring the consistent execution of Service Standards and client service experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Multi-Unit Team Leader in daily operations and provide guidance to tax office associates
- Ensure clients are scheduled properly and conflicts are resolved
- Lead daily activities to ensure all tax office associates are scheduled and work is completed according to deadlines
- Communicate essential information to office associates through daily huddles
Requirements:
- Prior experience working in customer service or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills and ability to plan and manage day-to-day office operations
- Customer-centric mindset and strong communication skills
- Computer proficient with the ability to use MS Office
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Positive attitude and flexibility to work a flexible schedule
