Healthcare Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Operations Coordinator to join our team at MaxWell Medical. As an Insurance Account Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring a smooth patient experience while optimizing revenue through diligent account handling and insurance collections.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for managing insurance accounts, patient billing, and collections, as well as collaborating directly with patients to clarify and resolve billing questions and discrepancies.
- Account Management: Identify, communicate, and resolve insurance account discrepancies through daily follow-up and detailed documentation.
- Claims Processing: Follow up on claims status via phone and electronic platforms, addressing any issues to ensure timely reimbursement.
- Accounts Receivable: Conduct patient collections and manage delinquent accounts to support revenue cycle efficiency.
