  • Job Summary:

The Chief Nursing Officer will be responsible for leading the nursing department, ensuring that our residents receive high-quality care and services that meet their individual needs. This includes developing and implementing policies and procedures, supervising staff, and collaborating with other departments to achieve our organizational goals.

About the Role:

  • Lead the nursing department, including supervising staff and developing policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals and ensure seamless operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve resident satisfaction and outcomes.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
  • Represent the organization in a professional manner, building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
  • Valid State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • One to three (1-3) years of management or supervisory experience in long-term care or acute care.
  • Supervises nursing staff and others for whom they are administratively or professionally responsible.
  • Proficient in the use of personal computer.
  • Must be able to travel, including overnight stays.
  • Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance.

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
