Luxury Sales Director

The Sales Manager is a key member of the Neiman Marcus Group team, responsible for delivering exceptional sales experiences across our stores and digital channels. This role requires a strong leader who can drive sales growth, build high-performing teams, and foster partnerships across departments.
Key Responsibilities- Drive sales growth and revenue through effective sales strategies and tactics
- Lead and develop a high-performing sales team, providing coaching and feedback to ensure excellent customer service and sales results
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including merchant and vendor partners, to achieve business objectives
- Manage sales budgets and forecasts, ensuring accurate financial planning and execution
- Contribute to the development of strategic plans and goals for the store and department
- Monitor and analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and market conditions to inform sales strategies
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in luxury retail fashion, with a proven track record of achieving sales results
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in building and motivating high-performing teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and partners
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency and ability to learn new systems and technologies
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
