About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Database Sales Executive to join our team at Redgate Software. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new sales and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute account sales plans to drive revenue growth
  • Meet sales goals through prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing sales opportunities
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing expert guidance on our database solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their key business challenges and tailoring solutions to meet their needs
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and product developments
  • Utilize our sales technology stack, including Salesforce, to manage customer interactions and sales processes
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in SaaS sales, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong closing skills and ability to meet sales goals
  • Experience selling complex solutions to multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
