Seeking a Manufacturing Superintendent for a Premier Industrial Safety Solutions Provider

Position Overview:
We are currently looking for a qualified Manufacturing Superintendent to oversee our operations. This role requires a strong focus on safety and efficiency within the manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise manufacturing processes to maximize productivity and operational efficiency.
2. Implement and enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) protocols to safeguard employee safety.
3. Manage subcontractors to ensure timely and high-quality machine installations.
4. Conduct routine mechanical maintenance to minimize downtime and enhance performance.
5. Interpret blueprints to guide production activities.
6. Ensure compliance with OSHA safety regulations and develop safety measures to maintain a secure workplace.
7. Identify and address any operational challenges or inefficiencies in the manufacturing workflow.
8. Collaborate with team members to foster continuous improvement in manufacturing practices.

Qualifications:
To excel in this position, candidates should possess:
1. At least 5 years of experience in industrial manufacturing, emphasizing OSHA safety, engineering, and maintenance.
2. A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related discipline.
3. Proven experience in managing subcontractors effectively.
4. In-depth knowledge of OSHA safety standards and protocols.
5. Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints.
6. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to operational challenges.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
8. Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
